OUR MISSION

There are 4 parts to The Blueprint Project's mission: Inspiring a Generation, Valuing our Identity, Walking & Working Together and Bridging the Gap.

INSPIRING A GENERATION

We want to encourage young people of African and Caribbean heritage to purposefully chase their goals and confidently take on new opportunities.

The desire to uplift and to support the next generation is at the heart of all that we do.

VALUING OUR IDENTITY

The Blueprint Project wants to demystify unfamiliar environments, encouraging students to recognise the uniqueness of their personal stories and to know that this can add value in any context.

WALKING & WORKING TOGETHER

We want to foster a well-connected and open environment of students, recent graduates and young professionals. We firmly believe in holding the door open for those coming after us and sharing knowledge ensures students can make the most well-informed choices.

We aim to provide safe spaces for students to ask questions and voice both their hopes and fears.

BRIDGING THE GAP

We are aware of the significant barriers that young Black students face, which often create a gap between their potential and attainment.

The Blueprint Project provides the support, mentorship, advice and wider encouragement that students may need in order to unlock their potential - we want to bridge the gap.
